Easy Life Plumbing is a local Edinburgh plumbing and heating business — not a franchise, not a national call centre. We've been doing this for four decades and we take the work seriously.
Honest plumbing. No runaround.
We started Easy Life Plumbing with a straightforward idea: give people a plumbing service that does what it says. Turn up when you say you will. Charge what you quoted. Explain what you found in plain English. Don't upsell work that isn't needed.
Forty years on, that's still the whole business. We're Gas Safe registered for both natural gas and LPG, we publish our prices on the website, and we write a clear invoice for every job.

We publish our rates because we believe you should know the cost before we arrive. No surprise invoices.
Gas Safe as standard
Every engineer is Gas Safe registered, including for LPG work. We don't cut corners on certification.
We tell you the truth
If your boiler needs replacing rather than repairing, we'll tell you — even though repair is more work for us today.
We actually show up
We don't overbook. If we give you a time, we aim to be there. If something changes, we call ahead.

It's illegal to carry out gas work in the UK without Gas Safe registration. All Easy Life Plumbing engineers are fully registered — covering natural gas and LPG work. You can verify our registration at the Gas Safe Register website before booking.
